Cancellation Policy

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law

Consumers may cancel a distance-selling transaction (including purchases made through the website) within 14 daysfrom the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the transaction details document, whichever is later, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations.

Refunds and Conditions

• In the event of lawful cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded less a cancellation fee as permitted by law(up to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower).

• Refunds will be issued לאחר the product is returned, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, where applicable.

• Return shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer, unless otherwise required by law.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If the cancellation request is received before the product has been shipped, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Exceptions

The right of cancellation does not apply in cases defined by law, including (but not limited to):

• Custom-made products;

• Digital content or reproducible materials once opened or used;

• Other statutory exceptions.
